The upcoming Tamil thriller 'Estate' will feature Kalaiyarasan, Ramya Nambeesan and Sunainaa in the lead roles. Actor Ashok Selvan will also be playing a cameo role in the film. Directed by Karthik Vilvakrish, the movie is touted to be a zombie thriller.
