Ella, a wealthy housewife, is often left alone in her large home, which amplifies her paranoia and worsens her amnesia. Her husband, Imlan, is frequently absent, and their part-time helper, Kiyah, adds to the eerie atmosphere. Ella becomes increasingly suspicious, believing Imlan and Kiyah are conspiring against her, especially when they force her to take medication. Her paranoia intensifies when she overhears Imlan's secretive phone calls. After a heated confrontation with her daughter, Hani, Ella is convinced to move to a smaller house.
