After the tragic death of her adoptive sister, Nirmala (Jamilah Saleem) is haunted by a mysterious woman in a red dress (Indah Permatasari) who keeps telling her to leave; at the same time, the ghost of Si Manis Jembatan Ancol is terrorizing the village of Ancol Bridge. But behind all this horror, there's Setan Botak (Ozi Syahputra)-a former thug in disguise seeking revenge. Meanwhile, Nirmala's adoptive parents are hiding a dark secret. As the truth comes to light and lives are in danger, Maryam, Setan Botak, and other dark forces face a terrifying battle. Who will survive, and who will be lost forever?
